• Rudram Softech shall never be held liable for any statutory penalties, interest, late fees, tax assessments, fines, audit findings, or revenue discrepancies incurred by Customer as a result of using automated calculation features; and
• All ledger exports, financial balance sheets, and tax reports must be reviewed and certified by Customer’s appointed Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or authorized tax auditor prior to submission to government authorities.

For institutions deploying EduSec (Higher Education ERP) or VheTM (Training Management Platform):

• Automated examination grade calculation, GPA computation, attendance tracking, and timetable scheduling are algorithmic utilities configured according to institutional rules;
• The client university, college, or training academy retains sole legal accountability for the accuracy of student grade cards, transcripts, degree certificates, diploma records, and institutional attendance reports; and
• Rudram Softech makes no warranties that default reporting formats meet statutory requirements of specific accreditation bodies (such as NAAC, NBA, UGC, AICTE in India, or ABET, QAA, CHEA internationally) without custom institutional configuration.
